Annual Montgomery Drive-In February 5

The 2025 “Montgomery DriveIn,” co-hosted by 58 INC, the Hoover Area Chamber of Commerce, the Montevallo Chamber of Commerce and The Shelby County Chambers will be held on Feb. 5 at Central Restaurant in Montgomery.

This year’s Drive-In event kicks off with a luncheon at Central Restaurant with Lt. Governor Will Ainsworth, presentations from various Alabama state departmental

heads and agency directors and a reception in conjunction with the Business Council of Alabama.

The investment is $65 per individual and includes the luncheon and reception.

February “Community Luncheon” To Feature “State of Our Communities” Presentations

The Chamber’s February “Community Luncheon” will feature the “State of Our Communities” presentations on Feb. 28. The meeting will be held in the banquet hall at the Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena. Doors will open for registra-

tion at 10:30 a.m. for business networking, and the luncheon buffet will open at 11 a.m. The program will begin promptly at 11:20 a.m.

In addition to the great business networking, mayors from Shelby County’s municipalities have been

invited to share their thoughts on what lies ahead for their respective communities in 2025.

Quarterly Investor Reception

Ambassador of the Month

Ambassador Charmaine Dye has been serving the Shelby County Chamber since 2011. She currently sits on the Board of Save A Life Shelby and has served this organization since 2017. Charmaine is the proud mother of a beautiful daughter and is a UAB graduate with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

March 4 Go & Grow Workshop

Whether you’ve started your own business or are thinking about it, this Go & Grow Workshop offers attendees valuable information they can use.

The workshop, facilitated by Michael Smith—the Chamber’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence—will be on Tuesday, March 4 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Chamber. The investment for this workshop,

which includes lunch, is $15 per person for Chamber investors or $25 for “future” investors.

The March Chamber Connections Luncheon

Scheduled for Thursday, March 6th from 11:30 a.m.1 p.m., the March Chamber Connections Luncheon will take place in the Grande Hall at Old Mill Square. This program will feature comments from a panel of 2024 Shelby County Small Business of the Year recipients who will share their business stories of success.
