When called upon about Shelterhouse's annual fundraising event, local restaurants expressed their enthusiasm but shared that they were still struggling with the impacts of COVID-19 and staffing their floors.
Infuse empowerment throughout our community by transforming Shelterhouse's annual fundraising event into one that invites community members to enjoy meals and drinks at local restaurants’ brick and mortar locations.

Donation Boxes:
Donation boxes will be hand painted by survivors and Shelterhouse volunteers They will be delivered to you during the last week of March and funds will be picked up in early May or you can mail them in directly to Shelterhouse at 2500 Waldo Ave Midland, MI 48642
Silent Auction:
The item(s) you donate will be part of the virtual silent auction, raffle, or social media promotion. All funds raised will go towards the free and comprehensive services provided to survivors of domestic and sexual violence Since the auction is virtual, the items you're donating will be displayed at the Shelterhouse Resale Shop Biding will take place during Shelterhouse Midland Restaurant Week: April 22 - 29.
Donation pick up logistics:
Donations can be brought to Shelterhouse before online bidding, etc. Donation value is tax deductible. We will send you a receipt after the close of the event. Donations will be used for an online auction or online raffle. People can bid and/or buy raffle tickets online at www.midlandrestaurantweek.com
