What are your options after experiencing domestic violence or sexual assault?

Experiencing domestic or sexual violence can be a traumatizing and confusing experience, and it's normal to feel unsure about how to work through that trauma. Shelterhouse is here to support whatever decision you make. We can talk you through options, advocate for you, help you navigate the legal system, or just provide a listening ear. You do not have to involve the legal system in order to receive refuge, hope, and healing services with Shelterhouse. All of the choices are yours.

Shelterhouse Legal Advocacy Services Support while filling out paperwork (completing divorce packet, filing a Personal Protection Order, etc.) Answering questions regarding what the legal process might look like for you, what steps you'll need to complete, and how to keep yourself safe during court proceedings.
