If you receive an Offer of Admission, confirm/accept your offer by the deadline date
Pay your fees. Check your fee payment deadlines
Start checking your Sheridan email regularly
Come visit and get to know Sheridan!
Learn about your housing options
Want to live on-campus? Apply for residence
Want to live off-campus? Look at our off-campus housing resources
Upload your onecard (student ID) photo
Check your program’s laptop requirements
Set up Multifactor Authentication for your Sheridan accounts using the Microsoft Authenticator app
Learn about your transportation options
Driving to campus? Learn about parking on campus
Taking public transit? Plan your route. Learn about public transportation and get a student PRESTO discount
If your program has vaccination requirements, make sure you meet this requirement

One month before classes start
Check your New Student Orientation date(s). Can’t wait to see you!
Check your enrollment appointment date to find out when you can view your class timetable and register for classes.
On your enrollment appointment date, view your timetable/register for classes
(Enrollment appointments are posted 1-2 months before classes start.)
The week before classes start
Attend New Student Orientation
Download/pickup your onecard
Learn about your health plan.
International students are covered by the Guard.Me Health Plan
Domestic students are covered by the StudentCare Health and Dental Plan
Update your personal information
The first week of class
Buy or rent your textbooks and supplies
View your timetable in myStudentCentre to find your classes
The first month of class
If you want to change any of your classes, check the last day to add/swap a course
Domestic students: If you want to opt-out of the StudentCare Health and Dental Plan, you will need to opt-out before the change of coverage deadline.
International students: Once you are emailed your Guard.me policy/certificate you can purchase coverage for your spouse/dependents
