I’ve had the pleasure of helping team leaders and brokers for over 25 years. The concept of really helping others goes to a momentous level when the ones you help create businesses and lives that are rewarding and enjoyable. Too many people come to us experiencing frustration with their businesses and a lack of quality time spent with their loved ones. Changing these situations is what I do. It’s the best job in the world and we, (my team and I) are really good at it.

INITIAL INTERVIEW For various reasons, not everyone is the right candidate for our Coaching services. So, you begin with a confidential interview with one of our expert Coaches to ensure that our Program is a good fit and wise investment for you.​ With our commitment to full transparency, all Coaching Fees, terms and time commitments are discussed in this initial conversation.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR BUSINESS

As soon as you decide to proceed with our Coaching Program, we use our copyrighted 25-page ‘Discovery Document’, our insightful ‘Business Assessment Tools’ and telephone interviews with you and your key Team members to develop a thorough understanding of ‘where’ your business is now and ‘where’ you want it to be in 3 to 5 years. After this important 1st step, we work with you to create a list of agreed outcomes and a path forward. 05


A CLEAR ‘OPERATIONAL VISION’ & STRATEGIC PLAN: There’s huge confusion as to what a Business Vision is and most of them aren’t worth the paper they’re written on. Your Coach will work with you to develop a 1-page, clear, specific and measurable, 6point ‘Operational Vision’ that will create clarity about what your business commits to become in 3 to 5 years. This ‘Operational Vision’ will inform, focus, challenge and inspire everyone on your Team. It will also be a powerful recruitment tool as you build your Team for future growth. When your ‘Operational Vision’ is complete, you and your Coach will create a Strategic Plan (a ‘Commitment To Action’) that will get you and your business to where you commit to be.

Systems & Processes Your Coach will perform an in-depth review of your current Systems & Processes, make recommendations and assist with improvements and updates to improve communication, efficiency and consistency, while reducing staff frustration and friction.

HOW IS THIS TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING DELIVERED? This transformational 1-on-1 Management & Leadership Coaching is delivered by telephone or Zoom through four 30-minute Sessions each month, plus ‘Assignment Prep’ time by both you and your Coach. You are not locked into a long-term financial commitment, although most of clients stay with us for several years because of the ongoing improvement in their bottom line and quality of life.
