Knowledge Management : A concept Is the name of a concept in which an organization consciously and comprehensively gathers, organizes, shares, and analyzes its knowledge in terms of resources, documents, and people skills. AIESEC in Delhi University has categorised the Information for Knowledge Management as •Portfolios(Department, Functional Areas) •Events •LC Projects, Pilot Projects, Regional initiatives.


Portfolio based KM (WIKI) •The required information should be posted on Information System according to the guidelines mentioned in the Policy and guideline document. •The First section should clearly state the vision and purpose of AIESEC. •The subsequent section should clearly state the purpose of area introduced, LC’s Vision and alignment to the same •The objectives of the department or the functional area should also be mentioned. •Yearly , quarterly, monthly projections, plan of actions should be stated. •Monthly review of the targeted projections and statement of targets achieved, inferences, success and failures during the month. •OS of the department and its involvement in the LC. •All the other work related operational information. •Links to all the relevant files uploaded on to the system. *each unnumbered list item should be treated as one section in the wiki


Events •The required information should be posted on Information System according to the guidelines mentioned in the Policy and guideline document. •The First section should clearly state the vision and purpose of AIESEC. •The subsequent section should clearly state the purpose of area introduced, LC’s Vision and alignment to the same •The objectives of the event should also be mentioned. •Quarterly, monthly, weekly projections, plan of actions should be stated. •Monthly review of the targeted projections and statement of targets achieved, inferences, success and failures during the month. •Marketing Package (Proposals, Deliverables, Data bases for potential leads etc) •All the creative and promotional material required. •Links to all the relevant files uploaded on to the system. •Links to all the social media and other related virtual information. *each unnumbered list item should be treated as one section in the wiki

The guidelines will be reviewed by The EB and IM coordinator with support and inputs from MCVP IM every quarter for responsible and sustainable implementation of the IM area in the Local Committee. For feedback and inputs contact.
