The Concept of LEAD As the world’s largest youth run organisation, AIESEC has always stood for youth leadership and social entrepreneurship. Testimony to this is the great leaders who have endorsed us and some who have lived the AIESEC leadership experience themselves. The likes of Kofi Annan and Bill Clinton have shown faith in the AIESEC leadership experience as it commits to create change agents for the world. Ever since its establishment in 1984, AIESEC in Delhi University has envisioned to create positive social impact by creating and developing youth leaders. While hundreds of students access this opportunity every year by becoming an AIESECer; today, we believe that true impact can only be achieved by a multitude of dynamic young leaders. Therefore, through our network in the corporate and developmental sectors, we designed sessions on leadership, social entrepreneurship and innovation. We understand the need for students to focus on their careers in today’s competitive world. And therefore, we strive to help students pick the right career path, through an interactive yet informative session on the same. LEAD sessions therefore, provide both career oriented and soft skills training.

The concept of LEAD brings together the expertise of the corporate world, the vibrance of the youth and a vision to empower young individuals.

Session Conducted: EMPOWER

We believe that AIESEC is an International platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. We in AIESEC do 17,000 international exchanges every year and provide these individuals with life changing experiences. We believe in the power of youth and the growing necessity to unite the world as one. Through our experiential programme and events we try to reach closer to our 2015 vision of engaging and developing every young person of the world. EMPOWER was one such initiative through which we aim to come a step closer to our goal.
