WELBURN & CRAMBECK PARISH PLAN QUESTIONNAIRE Welburn Version
Dear Resident This questionnaire is your opportunity to contribute to the production of our Parish Plan. This questionnaire has been designed, with you in mind, by members of your Steering Group to find out what you want. Your answers and opinions are extremely important and will be taken into account Please read the accompanying newsletter to find out more about why we would like you to complete this. • Please do not complete this questionnaire if this is an empty property, second home or holiday accommodation. • Please use a black or blue pen. • Most questions can be answered by just ticking the appropriate box. • If you do not want to answer a question then please just leave it blank. • You can add any additional comments, issues, other solutions or changes you would like to see at the end. • Each household will only have one questionnaire, so please try to reflect the views of your household as a whole, not just one member. • If other members of your household have very different views on some of the questions, especially children, please add them at the end too. • All completed questionnaires will be processed by an independent and impartial third party. The results will then be published so that everyone will be aware of the views which have been expressed and upon which our Action Plan will be based. Please hand the completed questionnaire (sealed inside the brown envelope provided) to your Steering Group contact when they call (see the accompanying newsletter for their details and collection times).
Remember: This is your chance to have your say.
About your household The following few questions will help us to create a picture of the Parish as it is today. If we can show clearly that the actions and intentions in our Parish Plan properly reflect the sort of place this is and the sort of people we are, then it is more likely that those in positions of authority will respond favourably to it. It will also help us understand if some issues affect some types of households more than others. So here goes ... Q1
