1/2 c. mayonnaise 3 Tbsp. Weber® Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef Weber® Gourmet Burger Seasoning 1 red OR sweet onion, peeled and thickly sliced 1/2 cup Weber® Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce

Yield: 4 burgers Prep Time: 15 minutes | Grill Time: 12 to 15 minutes 4 slices pepper Jack cheese 8 slices peppered OR regular bacon, cooked until crisp 4 hamburger buns

Combine mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce. Chill until ready to serve. Gently shape ground beef into four 5-inch burgers. Season burgers as desired with burger seasoning. Grill burgers over Direct Medium heat (350° to 450°F) with the lid closed as much as possible, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F for medium, 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush with barbecue sauce, turning once. Top with cheese. Spray onion slices with cooking spray and grill with burgers. Cook until onions are tender, turning once. To serve, place burgers on bun. Top with grilled onions, bacon and Hickory Smoked Mayonnaise. Follow us for Irresistible Grilling Ideas.

Maple-Balsamic Marinated Steak with Grilled Pear Salad

Total Recipe Time: 45 to 55 minutes • Marinade Time: 15 minutes to 2 hours 2 boneless beef top loin (strip) steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 8 to 10 ounces each) 2 Bartlett or red Anjou pears, halved and cored 1 medium red onion, cut into 12 wedges 8 cups mixed salad greens or arugula 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, chopped pecans or sliced almonds 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese, blue cheese or Manchego cheese Salt Marinade: 1 cup reduced-fat or regular balsamic vinaigrette 1/4 cup maple syrup

2 teaspoons coarse grind black pepper 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves

1. Combine Marinade ingredients in small bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup marinade for dressing. Place beef steaks and 1/3 cup marinade in food-safe plastic bag; turn steaks to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes to 2 hours. Reserve remaining marinade for brushing. 2. Soak two 10-inch bamboo skewers in water 10 minutes; drain. Thread onion wedges onto skewers. Brush onions and cut sides of pears with half reserved marinade. 3. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals; arrange onions and pears around steaks. Grill steaks, covered, 11 to 14 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, 11 to 15 minutes) for medium rare (145°F) to medium doneness (160°F), turning occasionally. Grill onions 12 to 15 minutes (13 to 16 minutes for gas) and pears 8 to 10 minutes (gas grill times remain the same) or until tender, turning occasionally and brushing steak, onions and pears with remaining reserved marinade. 4. Remove onions from skewers. Chop onions and pears into bite-size pieces. Combine greens, pears, onions, cheese, nuts and reserved 1/2 cup marinade; toss gently to combine. Carve steaks into slices; season with salt, as desired. Serve with salad mixture.

Grilled Margarita Chicken Ingredients:

Active Time: 1 (10 ounce) can frozen margarita mix, thawed 25 minutes ¼ cup Essential Everyday® Olive Oil Total Time: ¼ cup tequila, optional several hours ¼ cup Essential Everyday® Orange Juice Amount: ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro 6 servings 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon orange zest Essential Everyday® Salt and Ground Black Pepper 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions: 1. In medium bowl, combine margarita mix, oil, tequila, orange juice, cilantro, garlic and orange zest; salt and pepper to taste. 2. Place chicken breasts in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; pour in marinade. Seal bag; toss to coat. Refrigerate several hours or up to overnight, turning occasionally. 3. Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
