Terry L. Buckwalter, 76, formerly of Denver, passed away Friday, July 28, 2023, at Hamilton Arms Center in Lancaster. Raised in Denver, Terry was the son of the late Richard & Marjorie (Althouse) Buckwalter.

Terry was a graduate of Cocalico High School, class of 1965. Terry served his country in the U.S. Airforce for four years. He continued serving his country and community after returning from the military and became a Lancaster County Emergency Dispatcher for many years, and the former Fire Chief of the Denver Fire Company. Terry was a huge people to come together and play tabletop games. Whether you enjoy casual games like Uno and Scrabble, gateway games like Catan, Wingspan, and Ticket to Ride, or more strategic games like Scythe and Terraforming Mars, they have plenty of fun games to play. A game library with a wide selection of games is available, but feel free to bring your own (family-friendly) games as well! Games accommodate players ages 10 and up. No registration needed.

• Knitting Club - Mondays, August 7 and 21 at 10:00 a.m. There will be no meeting on Tuesday, August 29. Knitting Club meets the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, from 10:00 a.m. until noon and the last Tuesday of each month from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Knitting Club is for people fan of the Penn State University women’s basketball team. He would maneuver his schedule between traveling to Penn State to see the game and making it back in time for his who knit and like to share the craft.
