Desmond (Des) Cohen a stress relief for me putting my past in my songs or even my feelings. Growing up seeing one of my brother become a successful with starting his own record label . I thought I would of been apart of “his label”.. Everything went left . I was tired of being doubted . Which led to me remaining and staying a indie Artist. With the death toll rising to six and many more very ill of lung complications due to vaping, it’s safe to say “Houston we have a problem!” vaping have become quite popular among the young adult population and obviously the baby boomers too, since the latest death was a person over 50 according to Kansas health officials. Although the latest victim had underlining health issues and had be reported to have only been vaping in the last few weeks. The report is unclear of what exactly the victim has been vaping but the death is being counted among the other vaping related deaths.

There is a documented 450 vaping related severe lung disease cases the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention have possible ties to vaping e-cigarettes or similar products containing tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, the psychoactive component of marijuana. Victims have reported vaping THC, nicotine or both. The reported cases stem from 33 states. Deaths have been reported in Illinois, Oregon, Indiana, Minnesota and California. Not all were confirmed to have vaped THC prior to falling ill.

As the U.S. was in a race to find out why all the sudden severe illnesses and death, Israel’s Health Ministry. A warning from the Israeli comes after US

health officials again urged people over the weekend to stop “vaping” until they figure out why some are coming down with serious breathing illnesses.

According to the Washington Post, a possible link to the illnesses is Despite the lack of knowledge, Vitamin E acetate found in marijuana oils. Vitamin E oil has been tested safe for personal use on the skin but not for inhalation. The heated mixture of marijuana oils and Vitamin E acetate oil are considered dangerous when inhaled.

Public confusion and concern have followed reports of a rash of lung diseases linked to vaping, public health investigations haven’t turned up conclusive evidence on what’s causing the injuries, often described as lipoid or chemical pneumonia, at this point. But the impacts are scary: symptoms include shortness of breath, chest pain, fever, cough, vomiting and diarrhea.

Vaping is a relatively new phenomenon and there’s not much evidence on how it affects long- and short-term health. “Inadequate research and lack of regulatory guidelines for both the manufacturing process and the content of the vaping solution of the ecigarette has become a major concern,” the study’s authors wrote. Despite the lack of knowledge, the use of these vaping product are still rising. All users are urged to be careful and safe in their is of vaping products.

A Duncanville woman’s sudden death is breathing new life into 8 people through organ donation! Organ donors who can help as many as eight people are a rarity, making up roughly 2% of donors per health professionals. The sudden death of a Duncanville native, though tragic to her family, has led to eight lives forever being changed through organ donation.

Chardaye Walker, 23, passed away in San Antonio on July 21. Walker was with family when she suddenly fell unresponsive due to a medical episode.

An autopsy is expected to reveal how she died. When she arrived at an area hospital, she was declared brain-dead. Doctors kept her alive through life support, while her parents made the difficult decision to say goodbye.

Quincy and Mioshi Walker weren’t with their daughter when she collapsed, so they had to fly from Dallas to San Antonio as quickly as they could.

As they caught up on what happened, their options soon became a heart-wrenching moment.

“When I got the call, I said a prayer. I asked God to let her make it, but that if it wasn’t His will...let it be done,” Mioshi Walker said. “Processing the whole ordeal was extremely hard,” Quincy added.

Chardaye was Quincy and Mioshi’s first of five children. Before they took her off of life support, they couldn’t stop thinking about the future she’d never have. “She could brighten your day up with a smile really quick. It started to become very real that she wasn’t going to get up,” Quincy said.

“I’m eternally grateful that we got to enjoy our daughter.”

Walker was hoping to become a nurse, and just became licensed as a medical assistant.

“She was definitely a vibrant person with a humongous personality,” Mioshi said.

Following her death, the Walkers said that they were asked if they’d like to donate any of Chardaye’s organs. They both agreed.

“We felt like that’s what she would want because that’s the type of person she was,” Mioshi said.

“If she could give something to someone else, even if it were her last, that’s what she was all about,” Quincy added.

Because Chardaye’s body hadn’t suffered any trauma, she was able to help eight people through organ donation. Her kidneys, lungs, pancreas, liver, heart and corneas were all donated. Doctors told the Walkers that Chardaye was a rarity, adding that only 2% of donors actually help that many people.

“I don’t have the words to say how grateful we are to

God that he used our daughter in this way,” Quincy said.

What makes this story so special? One recipient was Chardaye’s aunt, Brenda Walker.

Brenda, 69, lost the function of both of her kidneys due to diabetes and high blood pressure. She’s had to do dialysis three times a week for four hours and has been on a waiting list for a new kidney for about a year.

“I was always told that it was going to be three to five years before I may receive a kidney,” Brenda said. “So this is a blessing, even though it’s a sad occasion, it’s a blessing.”

Brenda and Chardaye aren’t related by blood, which makes it even more miraculous that they were a match.

“Same blood type, same last name,” Brenda said with a laugh. “I just can’t thank her family enough for what they did for me, because they didn’t have to do it.”

For Chardaye’s parents, seeing the beauty in this tragedy isn’t hard.

To them, all of this has been orchestrated by God. “God just lent her to us, and understanding that gave us complete peace,” Mioshi walker said.

“God will see us through.”

LaShawn Daniels, a Grammy-winning songwriter who penned hits for the likes of Beyoncé, Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston, died in a car crash Wednesday at 41.

A week after Kevin Hart’s car wreak where he was the passenger in his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, he is reportedly doing fine. Kevin suffered major back injuries, on September 1, 2019 around 12:45 am his vehicle was reported to have been drove off Mulholland Highway and rolled down an embankment. Jared Black, 28, suffered back injuries, passenger, Rebecca Broxterman, 31, complained only of pain. A week after his accident Hart’s friends announce he is walking and doing g of good. Mac Miller was found unresponsive in his home by his personal assistant on September 7, 2018 after administering CPR till paramedic arrived, Mac Miller was pronounced dead at 11:51 am (PTD) of apparent overdose.

Now more than a year later an arrest has been made in connection of his death. “So they finally caught the motherf--ker that sold him the drugs that killed him,” said Mark McCormick, father of Mac Miller.

Cameron James Pettit was arrested on federal charges alleging he sold counterfeit pharmaceutical narcotics containing fentanyl.

Two days later Miller died of

mixed drug toxicity involving fentanyl, cocaine and alcohol.

Pettit Pettit, being help without bond is set for arraignment in October.

According to an affidavit supporting a criminal complaint, Pettit agreed to supply Miller with 30 milligrams oxycodone pills, as well as cocaine and Xanax. He allegedly sold Miller counterfeit oxycodone pills that contained fentanyl. Per the affidavit, Pettit sent a friend a message that read “Most likely I will die in jail” just hours after news of Miller’s death broke.

“It is with deep and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our

beloved husband, father, family member, and friend LaShawn Daniels, who was the victim of a fatal car accident in South Carolina,” his wife, April Daniels, said in a statement Wednesday. “Daniels was a man of extraordinary faith and a pillar in our family.”

Daniels earned a Grammy Award for best R&B song in 2001 for Destiny’s Child’s hit single “Say My Name.” He was nominated again in the same category in 2004 for writing Tamar Braxton’s “Love and War.”

A three-vehicle crash in northern New Mexico, causes by country singer Kylie Rae Harris, left her and a 16-year-old girl dead, authorities said. County Sheriff Jerry Hogrefe believe Harris caused the crash due to apparent speeding. Wednesday Harris clipped the back of one vehicle, sending her into oncoming traffic. Then Harris hit head on into a SUV driven by Maria Elena Cruz. Two of the three victims one a high school student and Harris were pronounced dead at the scene. Performing at a music festival in Taos,an earlier tweet from Harris “Dear baby Jesus please don’t let me get stranded in NM,” as she was low on gas and 36 miles from the nearest station. Friends and family were heartbroken over Harris death. Students and faculty were shocked after learning of Cruz death. Go FundMe pages have been set up for the families of both deceased. One for the Cruz family for funeral cost and one for the Harris family for her daughter college fund. Both deaths are tragic and very sad.
