Spotting Exceptional Customer Service

Wendy greets her customers with a smile and an efficient run-down of what is going to happen to the car, how much time the service will take, how much the potential cost will be, ways to cut or safely defer certain service options, other things to consider, and more. She makes car talk easy to understand!

In addition, Wendy has made suggestions at Honda that have been implemented-- things that allow customers to make service payments, over time, if necessary. Wendy really embodies top-tier customer service, and the Padgett Team at 4050 Riverside Drive is lucky to have her. They benefit greatly from her consistency in the service department. It is without question that she deserves high praise and recognition as a Spotting Exceptional Customer Service Award winner.
