How it came about?

AVOCADO AND GOAT CHEESE Avocado, goat cheese, green apple, brussel sprouts, honey and lemon sandwich: My classmate Zippy told me about avacado and goat cheese toast. But I changed it quiet a bit and added my extra ingredients. It tasted crunchy, creamy, sweet and maybe a little bitter because of the caramalized brussel sprouts.

Avocados, due to their mono and polyunsaturated fat content, are a great substitution for foods rich in saturated fat. Avocados also contribute nearly 20 vitamins, minerals and beneficial plant compounds that can contribute to the nutrient quality of your diet. When it comes to fat and calories, goat cheese has the advantage over cheese made from cow’s milk. Goat cheese clocks in at eighty calories and six grams of fat per ounce, compared to cow’s milk cheese. This means goat cheese is the better choice for staying fit and thin.
