The transition (for a prospect/customer) is seamless from product-to-product (such as from Business Account Opening to Small Business Loan Origination) because new customers (who are not yet enrolled in digital banking) use a common set of Portal credentials to access deposit and loan applications in progress. Existing customers seamlessly access new applications and in-flight applications using their digital banking credentials.
In terms of transitioning from a desktop experience to a mobile experience, our Business Account Opening and Small Business Loan Origination portals are mobile responsive, enabling an applicant to apply from their desktop computer…
