GET MOVING FRIDAYS!
Stay active and engaged every Friday for eight weeks with exercise classes, including boxing; mind, body, and movement; and dance, hosted by Dance Party for Parkinson’s, Inc. These classes are designed for individuals in the early stages of Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders. A professionally facilitated care partner support group will run simultaneously with exercise classes.
