Every Friday, enjoy a blend of support and exercise to keep individuals with Parkinson’s and their family members and care partners active and engaged. Support sessions run from 11:30am-12:30pm, followed by an exercise class from 1-2pm. Classes are open to anyone with limited mobility. FAMILY DAY: COPING TOGETHER Monthly workshops where children of all ages, parents, and care partners build bonds, increase emotional vocabulary, and develop coping skills to navigate a parent’s cancer diagnosis.
