We will answer all of your questions about the home selling process with a presentation outlining everything you need to know to feel confident and secure in every decision you make during the sale of your home ­­— with no obligation to list your property with us. STEP TWO: We learn If you do decide to list your property with us, we will then visit your home together, so you can provide us with the detailed knowledge we will need to match your property perfectly to its next owner. We will use this visit also to gather the information we need to provide you with a customized Staging Plan, which will help us to maximize your asking price.


STEP THREE: We plan We will provide you with a Sierra Nevada Properties customized written Marketing SM Action Plan (SNP MAP ) specifically to achieve the successful sale of your property. The plan will be created by your agent and be reviewed by our in-house expert marketing team. It will also reflect your thoughts and ideas about what makes your home unique. The plan comes complete with a signed commitment to deliver.


STEP FOUR: We act We now move the plan into action using the most effective state-of-the-art marketing tools in the industry. We will provide experienced guidance throughout the entire sales process. When our plan begins to produce offers, we will negotiate on your behalf and provide you with all the necessary safeguards to protect your greatest asset. We’ll use the combined contacts and resources of our highly trained Sierra Nevada Properties team and provide you with on-going and consistent feedback and encourage yours in return.


STEP FIVE: We facilitate Once a contract is accepted, we will facilitate the progress toward closing including being present at inspections and working with the Title and Mortgage companies to assist with appraisal and buyer loan approval. We will work to mitigate any potential issues that may block a smooth closing process, then coordinate and monitor the settlement process.
