HAPPY HOUR SOCIAL EVENTS
DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE:
A happy hour is usually a business professional or business casual event but can be casual if a casual venue is selected. Light appetizers should be provided if alcoholic beverages are served. The purpose is to provide a valued experience for current and prospective association members to socialize and network.

• 30 MINUTES FOR ARRIVALS
• 1-3 HOURS TO SOCIALIZE
• Happy hours typically take place Monday-Friday after work so choose a time that is after typical business hours and a venue in a convenient location.
• Consider providing light refreshments during the happy hour.
