BINGO NIGHT GAMES & SPORTS

DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE:

Bingo Night brings current association members and their guests together, allows them to connect, all while playing a game that is reasonably easy to follow. Bingo Night allows attendees to have elements of community, fun, and competition.

AGENDA:

• 30 MINUTES FOR ARRIVALS AND CHECK-IN

• 2-3 HOURS FOR BINGO

• Supplies include bingo cards, bingo chips, and a bingo generator. There are several online programs for bingo number generators.

• Prizes should be available for the winner(s).

• Contact businesses prior and see they are willing to donate prizes.

Technology

• Determine what technology equipment is needed. This includes a projector, screen, computer, microphone, speakers, music, etc.

Food

• Consider offering light refreshments. The association can cover the cost of F&B or attendees can pay cash/bring a dish to share.

Fundraiser

• This event can easily become a fundraising event if you include tickets to attend as a donation or offer each bingo card for a donation price.
