Results in Occupational Health and Safety

For the second consecutive year, we exceeded our occupational health and safety goal by achieving a 26% reduction in the global accident rate from our 2018 baseline.

Our outcomes are a positive consequence of applying the Sigma Occupational Health and Safety System across our operations, which includes the 12 Best Practices in Health and Safety program.

Actions with a Purpose

We are about to launch a volunteering platform that will allow employees to suggest initiatives and join efforts. This online tool constitutes a fundamental step to achieve our 2025 volunteering goal.

Strengthening Leadership

Our Conscious Leaders program is an initiative that seeks to align work teams with Sigma’s organizational culture and business strategy.
