Its goal is to promote, through the expertise of its members, films that express certain human and spiritual values. OCIC / SIGNIS is an organization with national members active on all continents. Most of these members have activities related to the cinema since the beginning of this art.
They have a long tradition of film criticism, and debates in schools, film clubs, parishes, festivals etc. As in the past, today every member of SIGNIS, in Africa, Latin America, Europe, Oceania or America of the North, brings his skills and cultural sensitivity into these activities.
