Our small ice-class expedition ships are designed for rugged adventure and intimate discovery, able to sail into the heart of polar regions inaccessible to larger ships. Each hosts just 200 to 274 guests in superlative, all-suite comfort.
Expeditions appeal to every inclination for adventure: consider skipping the Drake Passage and flying to Antarctica from Punta Arenas for a six-day voyage, or embark on a 21-day odyssey that includes the Falkland Islands and South Georgia.
Starting with your complimentary expedition gear and following with a complete understanding of your interests and abilities, every moment of your expedition is tailored to individual needs and expectations, both onboard and ashore.
Expert-led daily briefings and conversational lectures onboard set the stage for thrilling Zodiac landings, kayaking adventures and hiking excursions hosted by our experienced Expedition Team… all included on every expedition voyage.
Silversea’s industry-leading staff-to-guest ratio of nearly 1:1 delivers a bespoke experience throughout the ship, and personal butler service for every suite ensures all your needs are met.
From authentic cuisine inspired by our Italian heritage to fine French dining and relaxed café fare – plus 24-hour in-suite dining –gastronomy soars to new heights in multiple venues.
Beautifully appointed with indulgent amenities – and most with private veranda – suites are offered in a range of categories featuring one of the highest space-per-guest ratios at sea.
Silversea’s all-inclusive fares are the gold standard in ultra-luxury expeditions, ensuring every aspect of your once-in-a-lifetime journey from ship to shore is enjoyed in seamless comfort.
Three fare options, limitless experiences
Catering to the individual preferences of today’s travellers, Silversea offers three unique fare options: our all-encompassing Door-to-Door All-Inclusive fare; an enhanced Port-to-Port All-Inclusive fare now available on all voyages; and a new voyage-only Essential fare on selected sailings featuring all onboard inclusive amenities and services (see page 17 for details).

Farther east still lies South Georgia, revered as the Serengeti of the Southern Ocean. Spectacularly picturesque and steeped in expedition history, this glacier-clad isle is home to an awe-inspiring colony of king penguins numbering in the thousands!
• See rockhopper, king, Magellanic, gentoo and macaroni penguins throughout the Falkland Islands.
• Discover the history of Ernest Shackleton who visited South Georgia during several expeditions and is laid to rest herein Grytviken.

Nothing quite compares to the wonder of seeing animals in the wild, navigating icebergs or making wet landings on polar shores; expertly guided Zodiac cruises afford intimate perspectives of it all.
