Se, de um lado, estamos convictos de que passo a passo vamos abrindo novas frentes para o design, cumpre aqui ressaltar que a jornada é longa e, diante dos desafios da atual conjuntura mundial, é necessário ainda um grande esforço por parte de todos para alcançarmos um equilíbrio na produção acadêmica de nível superior.

A Mostra Jovens Designers vem se tornando uma tradição no âmbito acadêmico do design brasileiro, graças à seriedade e à competência de todos que buscam um único objetivo - alavancar e levar ao grande público leigo e especializado tudo aquilo que de melhor foi produzido nestes últimos anos.

Observamos avanços em alguns centros de excelência e também uma certa timidez em outros, que estão exigindo uma postura mais agressiva e dinâmica no desenvolvimento de novas pesquisas e na busca de inovações que atendam às necessidades do usuário e/ou consumidor nesse contexto histórico em que vivemos.

Esta 4ª edição será outro marco desse empreendimento, pois estrategicamente estaremos este ano com a mostra em São Paulo, Recife e Curitiba - como parte integrante da Bienal Brasileira de Design, além de marcar presença em Belo Horizonte no próximo ano. Com isso, sua trajetória alcança agora do Sul ao Nordeste brasileiro e extrapola o cenário nacional, chegando ao Salão Satélite de Milão, que acontecerá em abril de 2012. Sem dúvida, essa conquista possibilita uma visibilidade internacional da produção universitária e abre aos participantes novas frentes para futuras pesquisas e atuação no mercado interno e externo.

Existem lacunas no ensino que precisam ser urgentemente redimensionadas, seja no âmbito de novos conceitos ou na adequação dos processos industriais e tecnológicos. A mostra, no entanto, possibilita uma leitura daquilo que de melhor está sendo produzido no Brasil, com bastante representatividade no que tange à diversidade de temas e enfoques, sejam eles de alta tecnologia, conceituais ou atentos aos complexos desafios impostos pela manutenção dos recursos ambientais e pelos processos de reciclagem e reutilização de materiais descartados pela indústria.

A iniciativa, que nasceu de um sonho dos dirigentes da ADP (Associação dos Designers de Produto), hoje vai se consolidando e ganhando dimensões não imaginadas desde que foram definidas as diretrizes iniciais de um evento de caráter estudantil.

Cumpre destacar que o evento e as reflexões que ocorrerão nesse percurso de um ano só serão possíveis graças aos patrocinadores, do apoio irrestrito da ADP, da Origem Produções, da criatividade da Nó Design, que concebeu o espaço expositivo do evento, e dos jovens designers e seus orientadores acadêmicos.

Essa edição apresenta um novo paradigma no que diz respeito aos produtos que serão expostos: além dos trabalhos acadêmicos de graduação avaliados por um júri técnico extremamente rigoroso, que selecionou apenas 28 projetos de 7 estados entre os 89 inscritos de 11 estados, contaremos também com os produtos que foram premiados em eventos tradicionais no território nacional. São eles: Sebrae Minas Design, Prêmio Tok&Stok, Prêmio Idea Brasil, Móvel Sul e Design de Brinquedos da Editora Espaço Palavra.

Para utilizá-lo, basta flexionar os “dedinhos” do maneco para que se encaixem entre os dedos da criança, deixando-o bem fixo. Assim, ela pode levar o talher até a boca com mais facilidade.

Couro: Restos e falhas da empresa Ooze Leather Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos Aluna Responsável Francine Velho Daniel Professor Orientador Clarice Debiagi O trabalho busca unir moda e sustentabilidade, pois o couro utilizado na coleção vem do descarte de restos e falhas de curtumes. Assim, foi elaborada a coleção Circular Motion, composta por quatro conjuntos de acessórios femininos, cada um com três peças – colar, pulseira e brinco.

The work aims at getting fashion and sustainability together, because the leather used in the collection is original from the disposal of leather debris and flaws. Thus, the Circular Motion collection was created, made up of four sets of women’s accessories, each of which containing three pieces – necklace, bracelet and earrings.

Abandonando o papel e o lĂĄpis, o estudo foi feito em cima das dobraduras do Origami e das formas do Tangram para que, assim, surgissem as primeiras ideias e formas. Posteriormente, elas foram registradas e definidas no papel.

Tsukami project has been inspired in the arts of Origami and Tangran. Leaving the paper and pencil aside, the study has been made over the folding of the Origami and of the shapes of Tangram in order thatÂ then the first ideas and shapes would come up. Afterwards, they have been recorded and defined on the paper.

Da mesma forma, Neuro permite ao usuário a confecção de sua própria rede neural. O produto também pode ser utilizado como divisória de ambientes.
