ABOUT MSC FISH is a freshman leadership organization providing leadership opportunities aimed at enhancing its members purpose and identity by engaging in community service and program development on campus and within the community. MSC FISH consists of ninety freshmen, eighteen sophomore Assistant Directors, eight junior Executive Directors, and one advisor, Katy King, who is now beginning her seventeenth year as advisor.
MSC FISH STRUCTURE
MSC FISH is divided into 5 subcommittees: Development, Kyle Field Day, Outreach, WAVES, and Service and Hosting. Development, headed by Catherine O’Brien, is responsible for organizing Run the Ramps and FLO Bowl, which help raise funds and awareness for other programs MSC FISH hosts. Kyle Field Day, led by Parker Kallman and Tyler Clay, organizes the largest freshmen-led service event at Texas A&M, as well as the newly formed Service FLO Down, which is an event in which multiple FLOs set up Share Your Service booths focused on benefiting the organization of their choice. Outreach, supervised by Simon Holmes, serves as the backbone to the major programs through marketing and monetary support. WAVES, directed by Zachary Williams, is a program dedicated to building the passion to serve others selflessly through speaker workshops. Lastly, Service and Hosting, managed by Saundie Franz, is responsible for coordinating all of the weekly and weekend service events for MSC FISH's volunteer efforts.

WHAT DOES MSC FISH MEAN TO YOU? A community of individuals willing to dedicate themselves to the needs of others. FISH also gives freshmen the unique opportunity of meeting others who hold the same values and goals as them. Jack Chaffin '23
MSC FISH represents a great desire for the campus to be actively involved in the community. Devon Roeming '23
Service has always been an integral part of my life, but through FISH I have been able to gain a new perspective on my role within the community. One of my long term goals is to prioritize service in my life because of the revitalized love I have for volunteerism. This organization has made me fall in love with service all over again, and I couldn’t imagine myself in any other position. Victoria Van '23
MSC FISH is a family that extends beyond the immediate common love for selfless service. Each member exemplifies authenticity through honest relationships that create a feeling of acceptance and belonging. To me, this vulnerability allowed me to open up and find a purpose at Texas A&M. I have been pushed and challenged to grow which has developed my genuine passion to help freshmen, Texas A&M, and the surrounding community as a whole. Jessica Nguyen '22 PAGE 06
