The Way.

Tired in crowded spaces. Restless in traffic jams. Beach walk becomes a challenge. People everywhere.

Today’s teaching: The usefulness of what is depends on what is not.

It is the silence between the notes that makes music.

It is the uncomfortable feeling of being lost that allows to feel grateful for the little things. For empty beaches during the winter time, empty streets on early spring evenings, lonely mountain walk and marvellous top views.

The way of the Tao is to allow not to try.

Let the world unfold without always attempting to figure it all out.

Judge less and listen more.
