Best Deal Home Improvement LLC was founded in June 2012, but the foundation for this small, family-operated business have been in the works for 20 years. Omar Erazo’s interest in remodeling and construction was the business’s first spark. Having begun as an HVAC technician, Mr. Erazo begin obtaining certifications and licenses in plumbing, home improvement, and more. With her background in marketing, Desiree Erazo was the perfect, additional factor to getting Best Deal off the ground.

Their company was solidified with three core values: quality workmanship, honesty, and knowledge. Specifically, honesty within their communication is a trait Best Deal Home Improvement LLC prides themselves on. “The customer needs to be 100% satisfied with the job,” Mrs. Erazo shared. The most efficient way for customers to receive the best quality workmanship is through the company’s consistent, transparent communication. The Erazos and their construction team(s) are open and upfront about their pricing and ability to complete a project to the customer’s desire from the very beginning. These values combined keep their company a respected business in the industry and across the DMV area.

Much growth has occurred within the company over these last 11 years. Initially, their services were limited to bathroom and kitchen remodeling solely but are now a proud, full service company. Best Deal Home Improvement LLC now completes mold mitigation, roof repair, deck building, and so much more. And they plan to expand their services over the next five years.

In the near future, Best Deal Home Improvement LLC hope to expand to servicing more communities around the DMV while still offering their quality workmanship.
