Objectives The First International Congress INNOVATION DYNAMICS: RESPONSIBLE INNOVATION IN FINANCES, SOCIAL INNOVATION AND INNOVATION IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR - Theory, practices and policies will explore, in one side, different innovation views, such as social innovation, responsible innovation in finances and innovation in the public sector, and in the other side, the existing tools for its identification, measuring and evaluation: social impact measuring models, the design of social innovation index systems or economic impact measuring models. 1. To explore the concepts of social innovation, responsible innovation in finances and innovation in the public sector 2. To share study cases and/or innovation experiences that chow the dynamics of such processes 3. To identify the conditions that allow the development of innovative practices inside the organizations, university and Public Administration 4. To identify the indexes systems associated to innovative systems and build measuring and state evaluation models and their impact, from both social and economic perspective 5. To spread the different public policies experiences that promote social innovation and responsible innovation in finances

Innovation in the Public Sector The objective of this topic is to receive contributions that provide a perspective about innovation in the public sector on its double source: a) innovation processes in the public sector and inner structures analysis; b) Promotion or streaming of innovation processes produced by intervention and regulation policies of the public sector analysis. Presentation Rules The official languages of the congress are Spanish/English. The presentations and discussions of the documents must be in Spanish/English. Two types of investigation works are required: They present innovating development in investigation and novel results. Advanced works The speaker shall introduce a long oral presentation and the works could be published in selected journals. They are centred in the description of projects, experiments, practices, policies and learned lessons. The speaker shall introduce a short oral presentation and the works could be published in selected journals.

Initial works Summary Limit Date

For both types of works (advanced and initial, it is required to present summaries of 500 words or presentation proposes, which must be sent by e-mail to: cma@econ.uba.ar . The subject of such mail has to contain the text: Evento 2014 – Resumen Works must be in Microsoft Office Word format including the following information in its order:

The presenters shall use typography Calibri 12, and shall abstain making footnotes, characters or emphasis (namely bold, italic or underlined text). Once received, the scientific committee shall proceed to the summary evaluation. The review and approbation of the presented proposes shall be answered by the organizers on October 15.

Videoconference Limit Date

October 19th , 2014

Foreign lecturers have the opportunity to make their exhibition on a “videoconference” way in English or Spanish. Videoconference size is limited. Videoconference applications must be send by e-mail to: cma@econ.uba.ar. The subject of such mail has to contain the text: Evento 2014 – Videoconference.

Complete works ought to have 3000-5000 words. They must be sent by e-mail to: cma@econ.uba. ar. The subject of such mail has to contain the text: Evento 2014 – Extenso. Works must be in Microsoft Office Word format including the following information in its order:

The presenters shall use typography Calibri 12, and shall abstain making footnotes, characters or emphasis (namely bold, italic or underlined text). *NOTE: Just in cases the author is eager to publish the presented work in any of the journals described in the Publication section.

Presentation The presentation shall be settled in a round table dedicated to one of the themes. Each presentation will last 20 minutes (suggested format: Microsoft Office Power Point or similar). Each panel shall conclude with a debate about the presentations.
