I have worked in training and education in China for more than eight years. I joined Sino Associates in January 2010 and contributed to the development of the corporate philosophy and purpose to change how people work. I currently serve as a Senior Associate based in the capital city of Guangdong province, Guangzhou.
Over the past decade I have trained thousands of executives in China and Asia to communicate, manage and work more effectively in multicultural and multinational business environments. I specialise in delivering custom-made soft skills workshops to business professionals and facilitating cross-cultural training programmes for expat leaders. My training focuses on topics such as how to deal with transition and change, how to further develop intercultural competence and how to become effective cross cultural communicators. Your course is totally different from traditional presentations skill training. Firstly, the design covers not only the presenting skill, but also slides organization, how to express more exactly, etc. Secondly, you always organize everything perfectly, including the materials, time management etc. Thirdly, during the course, although you give systemic advice to improve all shortages, you still focus on highlighting specific areas that need improving.
