I am an internationally experienced Industrial & Organizational Psychologist in-depth years experience in the field of psychological assessment, talent management and organization change. I’m passionate about creating solutions that make a real difference and I’ve spent the majority of my career building, designing and implementing innovative human capital processes and solutions. My diverse experience includes providing consultancy services and solutions to a wide variety of organizations such as the armed forces, national government, financial services, manufacturing, transportation, and professional services operations in Asia, the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East. My career included roles as combat officer, Head of Organization Development for the South African Army and Consulting Director for SHL Greater China.

I am the immediate past president of the Hong Kong Psychological Society and the current Chair of the Division of I/O Psychology (DIOP). I also serve as a member of the Departmental Advisory Committee of the Department of Managing and Marketing of the Poly University of Hong Kong.
