SELF INTRODUCTION For over 30 years I have both assisted and taught my clients how to protect, develop and profit from innovation. I have worked for US government agencies and the military on critical security products and projects, and on major consumer projects for Fortune 500 companies. I have also worked with small and medium sized companies to develop their inner strengths and hidden abilities to innovate in problem solving, in new product ideation and in developing new vertical and horizontal markets. My workshops are conducted in an informal fashion that uses lecture, role playing, interactive exercises, thought games, experiential stories and impart real world operational techniques to my students. I develop both individual and team innovation skills. Overall goals of my workshops are to open new thought pathways and develop a culture of innovation and creativity within individuals and their companies. Once new ways to think about business, and the world in general, are part of a students core competency, their ability to innovate individually and facilitate a team's creativity is greatly enhanced.

I have known Robert Gold for the last eight years. After twenty plus years in high end financial services for major companies, I believe I have enough experience investigating good investments, and insight into the way people work, to know where money, especially my own, should be invested. I have invested in three of Rob’s invention based companies and all are progressing towards the goals he has set out for them. I know him to be a businessman of integrity and he has worked tirelessly on projects in which we are involved. I believe that Rob is an exceptionally capable project manager and can take any project in which he is involved to its best possible outcome.
