Additionally, I: • Maintain all pending and closed escrow/sales reports in the company’s database, including required changes as necessary.

• Process all incoming commission checks per company procedures.

• Provide agent orientations – process all licensing paperwork for new and incoming agents; provide an overview of office operations; coordinate agent workspace setup (phones, computers, business cards, forms, etc.); respond to inquiries.
