CONDOMINIUM SALES NOVEMBER MARKET OVERVIEW
In Bel Air - Holmby Hills there were 14 single family home sales in November 2014, down from 15 in November 2013 and a 27% increase from the 11 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in November 2014 was $4,941,000 compared to $3,200,000 for November 2013, representing a 54% increase. For the three-month period from September to November 2014, the average list price was 18% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for November 2014 was $4,588,429, compared to that of September through November 2014, which was $4,071,271. Comparing November 2014 to October 2014, Bel Air - Holmby Hills saw a 50% increase in average sale price, and a 49% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

The average list price for single family home sales in November 2014 was $1,701,406 compared to $1,580,250 for November 2013, representing an 8% increase. For the three-month period from September to November 2014, the average list price was 18% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for November 2014 was $1,669,918, compared to that of September through November 2014, which was $1,602,768. Comparing November 2014 to October 2014, Beverly Center - Miracle Mile saw a 17% increase in average sale price, and a 7% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

In Beverly Hills there were 10 single family home sales in November 2014, which is the same as November 2013 and a 29% decrease from the 14 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in November 2014 was $5,957,000 compared to $7,688,000 for November 2013, representing a 23% decrease. For the three-month period from September to November 2014, the average list price was 30% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for November 2014 was $5,647,100, compared to that of September through November 2014, which was $4,996,375. Comparing November 2014 to October 2014, Beverly Hills saw a 18% increase in average sale price, but a 21% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

CONDOMINIUM SALES NOVEMBER MARKET OVERVIEW
In Westwood - Century City there were 35 condominium sales in November 2014, down from 50 in November 2013 and a 36% decrease from the 55 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in November 2014 was $999,397 almost matching $1,013,843 for November 2013. For the three-month period from September to November 2014, the average list price was 7% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for November 2014 was $950,500, compared to that of September through November 2014, which was $1,035,095. Comparing November 2014 to October 2014, Westwood - Century City saw a 10% decrease in average sale price, and a 3% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.
