CONDOMINIUM SALES JUNE MARKET OVERVIEW

In Bel Air - Holmby Hills there were 12 single family home sales in June 2016, down from 21 in June 2015 and a 25% decrease from the 16 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in June 2016 was $7,736,667 compared to $5,189,471 for June 2015, representing a 49% increase. For the three-month period from April to June 2016, the average list price was 12% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2016 was $7,112,321, compared to that of April through June 2016, which was $4,630,034. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2016 to May 2016, Bel Air - Holmby Hills saw a 47% increase in average sale price, and a 47% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

JUNE MARKET OVERVIEW In Beverly Center - Miracle Mile there were 18 single family home sales in June 2016, down from 20 in June 2015 and a 29% increase from the 14 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in June 2016 was $1,917,488 compared to $1,717,145 for June 2015, representing a 12% increase. For the three-month period from April to June 2016, the average list price was 14% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2016 was $1,925,004, compared to that of April through June 2016, which was $1,895,187. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2016 to May 2016, Beverly Center - Miracle Mile saw a 12% increase in average sale price, and a 12% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

In Beverly Hills there were 16 single family home sales in June 2016, down from 24 in June 2015 and a 78% increase from the 9 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in June 2016 was $7,724,868 compared to $6,362,375 for June 2015, representing a 21% increase. For the three-month period from April to June 2016, the average list price was 18% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2016 was $7,430,000, compared to that of April through June 2016, which was $6,868,271. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2016 to May 2016, Beverly Hills saw a 28% increase in average sale price, and a 20% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

For the three-month period from April to June 2016, the average list price was 17% higher than the same period of the prior year. In Hollywood there were 12 condominium sales in June 2016, down from 14 in June 2015 and a 20% increase from the 10 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in June 2016 was $751,499 compared to $686,429 for June 2015, representing a 9% increase. For the three-month period from April to June 2016, the average list price was 2% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2016 was $739,530, compared to that of April through June 2016, which was $701,157. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2016 to May 2016, Hollywood saw a 7% increase in average sale price, and a 9% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

In Malibu there were 14 single family home sales in June 2016, down from 18 in June 2015 and a 33% decrease from the 21 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in June 2016 was $3,187,786 compared to $4,186,160 for June 2015, representing a 24% decrease. For the three-month period from April to June 2016, the average list price was 4% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2016 was $3,006,225, compared to that of April through June 2016, which was $3,072,575. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. In Playa Del Rey there were 15 condominium sales in June 2016, up from 12 in June 2015 and a similar performance from the 15 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in June 2016 was $616,593 almost matching $616,533 for June 2015. For the three-month period from April to June 2016, the average list price was 16% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2016 was $620,834, compared to that of April through June 2016, which was $600,048. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2016 to May 2016, Playa Del Rey saw a 12% increase in average sale price, but was flat compared to same month of the prior year.

JUNE MARKET OVERVIEW In Sunset Strip - Hollywood Hills West there were 37 single family home sales in June 2016, down from 57 in June 2015 and a 32% increase from the 28 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in June 2016 was $2,559,675 compared to $2,745,333 for June 2015, representing a 7% decrease. For the three-month period from April to June 2016, the average list price was 3% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2016 was $2,500,186, compared to that of April through June 2016, which was $2,453,111. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2016 to May 2016, Sunset Strip - Hollywood Hills West saw a 2% increase in average sale price, but a 4% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

The average list price for condo sales in June 2016 was $809,179 compared to $762,103 for June 2015, representing a 6% increase. For the three-month period from April to June 2016, the average list price was 10% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for June 2016 was $831,622, compared to that of April through June 2016, which was $804,996. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing June 2016 to May 2016, West Los Angeles saw a 5% increase in average sale price, and a 7% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

Average sales price for June 2016 was $1,117,218, compared to that of April through June 2016, which was $1,130,212. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing June 2016 to May 2016, Westchester saw a 6% decrease in average sale price, but was flat compared to same month of the prior year.
