CONDOMINIUM SALES SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEW

In Bel Air - Holmby Hills there were 11 single family home sales in September 2016, down from 15 in September 2015 and a 15% decrease from the 13 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in September 2016 was $4,177,545 compared to $3,112,937 for September 2015, representing a 34% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2016, the average list price was 48% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2016 was $3,912,273, compared to that of July through September 2016, which was $3,599,936. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing September 2016 to August 2016, Bel Air - Holmby Hills saw a 79% increase in average sale price, and a 32% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEW In Beverly Center - Miracle Mile there were 15 single family home sales in September 2016, up from 6 in September 2015 and a 6% decrease from the 16 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in September 2016 was $2,276,853 compared to $1,784,333 for September 2015, representing a 28% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2016, the average list price was 3% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2016 was $2,185,989, compared to that of July through September 2016, which was $1,846,183. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing September 2016 to August 2016, Beverly Center - Miracle Mile saw a 38% increase in average sale price, and a 24% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

In Beverly Hills there were 7 condominium sales in September 2016, down from 9 in September 2015 and a 30% decrease from the 10 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in September 2016 was $1,333,857 compared to $1,128,878 for September 2015, representing an 18% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2016, the average list price was 6% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2016 was $1,293,429, compared to that of July through September 2016, which was $1,273,725. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing September 2016 to August 2016, Beverly Hills saw a 7% increase in average sale price, and a 15% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

Beverly Hills Post Office is home to grand estates, mansions and large traditional homes as well as some of the most celebrated gated communities in the area, including Mulholland Estates, The Summit, Beverly Ridge Estates and perhaps the most famous, Beverly Park. CONDOMINIUM SALES SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEW

In Culver City there were 31 single family home sales in September 2016, up from 23 in September 2015 and a 7% increase from the 29 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in September 2016 was $1,149,787 compared to $1,085,778 for September 2015, representing a 6% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2016, the average list price was 11% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2016 was $1,178,767, compared to that of July through September 2016, which was $1,202,483. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2016 to August 2016, Culver City saw a 1% decrease in average sale price, but a 7% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

For the three-month period from July to September 2016, the average list price was 1% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2016 was $634,300, compared to that of July through September 2016, which was $615,911. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. The average list price for condo sales in September 2016 was $687,878 compared to $938,875 for September 2015, representing a 27% decrease. For the three-month period from July to September 2016, the average list price was 28% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2016 was $671,333, compared to that of July through September 2016, which was $692,127. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2016 to August 2016, Hollywood saw a 15% decrease in average sale price, and a 25% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

In Malibu there were 20 single family home sales in September 2016, up from 16 in September 2015 and a 18% increase from the 17 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in September 2016 was $3,043,713 compared to $2,580,600 for September 2015, representing an 18% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2016, the average list price was 22% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2016 was $2,790,600, compared to that of July through September 2016, which was $3,164,812. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2016 to August 2016, Malibu saw a 25% decrease in average sale price, but a 11% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

In Playa Del Rey there were 19 condominium sales in September 2016, up from 13 in September 2015 and a 58% increase from the 12 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in September 2016 was $543,937 compared to $682,842 for September 2015, representing a 20% decrease. For the three-month period from July to September 2016, the average list price was 13% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2016 was $548,395, compared to that of July through September 2016, which was $549,109. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2016 to August 2016, Playa Del Rey saw a 5% decrease in average sale price, and a 20% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

SEPTEMBER MARKET OVERVIEW In Sunset Strip - Hollywood Hills West there were 44 single family home sales in September 2016, up from 29 in September 2015 and a 33% increase from the 33 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in September 2016 was $2,103,114 almost matching $2,050,410 for September 2015. For the three-month period from July to September 2016, the average list price was 14% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2016 was $2,016,547, compared to that of July through September 2016, which was $2,321,466. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing September 2016 to August 2016, Sunset Strip Hollywood Hills West saw a 22% decrease in average sale price, and a 1% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

The average list price for single family home sales in September 2016 was $1,852,494 compared to $1,311,143 for September 2015, representing a 41% increase. For the three-month period from July to September 2016, the average list price was 37% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for September 2016 was $1,717,875, compared to that of July through September 2016, which was $1,544,393. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up.
