1. Make use of what you have: you can use your own body weight as resistance do some squats, push-ups, sit ups. etc. Also when I travel I take my own work-out DVD's with me so I can work out in my room!
2. Drink plenty of water before and in between meals: water is good to flush out toxins and it fills you up so that you don't over eat.
3. Don't eat late at night! Remember your metabolism is the highest in the am and the lowest at night so late night eating is a sure way to pack on the pounds!
4. Keep in mind that your body is the Temple of God! Nothing is more important than your health if you don't have health you don't have anything. All the money in the world won't help so chase after the Reign and make your health a priority and by doing so you will truly be honoring God because He lives in you!
