NEWGIZA- Neighborhood One Lakeside
Sites International prepared the master plan, urban design, and detailed planning for phase I of Al-Galala City, with an area spanning 2000 acres. Galala resort, built on 38 acres, is located on the mountain promenade at an altitude of about 700 meters above sea level. Sites International designed the resort as a distinctive tourist village built in unison with its asymmetrical surroundings and offering
over 80% of its residents magnificent panoramic views of the Gulf of Suez. The village design is comprehensive from preliminary design, master planning, architecture, landscape architecture, engineering to site supervision. The resort hosts a 210 room & suite hotel, 360 chalets, 52 townhouses, health club, restaurants, swimming pools, children's playground, and sport areas within interconnected network of roads and walkways with direct links to the promenade.

Abu Al -Joud Wildlife Park, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The park is located 22km NW of al-Medina on 45 sq.km. Sites International’s concept design envisions a variety of activities and attractions that harmoniously blend with desert environment to create a uniquely exceptional wildlife park in the Middle East. The park offers camping, botanical gardens, recreation complex, mountain side promenade and an open adventure area for visitors to explore the surrounding plateaus interspersed with valleys and plains of varying heights reaching up to 1000m above sea level. The area's arid wilderness and open landscape provide a scenic showcase for the rich variety of flora, desert-adapted wildlife and the unique ecosystem.
Mivida Boxpark, New Cairo
The Boxpark Mall will be the first of its kind in Egypt and is a novel concept to the Middle East region. Sites International’s scope includes master planning, architecture, landscape architecture, and engineering. The mall is made out of retrofitted shipping containers and built around a central lake. The use of containers in architecture creates a real challenge in design, structure detailing, and MEP requirements. Sites International’s dynamic design, extracting its inspiration from the containers aesthetics and industrial feel, imagined colorful containers jutting out of roofs, while others are stacked or barely showing skeletal form. Mivida Boxpark design developed an architectural language that pays careful attention to scale, lighting and tenants' preferences.
