Green Day – in excellent neighborhood As Wrocław is situated in the very center of Europe, so is Green Day located in the very heart of Wrocław. What is more, it will be constructed in the exquisitely beautiful city quarter – between the Cathedral Island (Ostrów Tumski) and the Main Market Square (Rynek) on the one hand, and Grunwald Square (Plac Grunwaldzki) on the other.

Some of the most important Polish universities have their seats nearby, including the University of Wrocław, Wrocław University of Technology as well as Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. This part of Wrocław is an exceptional place where a constant exchange of scientific and business ideas takes place.

The municipal transport stops are right next to the building so the employees may arrive here easily from all city districts. Innovation with the environment in mind Green Day is an office building designed and built in the spirit of respect for nature. There are real actions behind these words, which we are proud of. They are the result of the consistent implementation of Skanska Green Initiative.

The building was designed in a way that allows for its minimum possible impact on the environment. Its energy supply comes from renewable sources and materials used in the construction are regional and recycled ones. In addition, Green Day has been equipped with energy and water saving systems. Its optimum ventilation ensures a greater inflow of fresh air and the vast windows fill the space with a maximum amount of sunlight.
