The Promoter is Rebel Sport Limited A.C.N. 78 003 283 823 of 75A Carnarvon Street, Silverwater, NSW 2128 (the “Headquarters”). Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The Competition commences at 8.30 am (AEST) on 10 May 2013 and closes on at 6:00 pm AEST on 31 July 2013 (“Promotional Period”). All entries must be received by the Promoter within the Promotional Period. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, that are members of the Promoters Loyalty Club ”Rebel Season Pass” and that register their membership and purchase $50.00 or more on any Rojo or Elude products in one transaction from the Promoter during the Promotional Period. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Multiple entries are permitted subject to each purchase being processed separately and otherwise in accordance with the above.
The Prize, Prize Draw and Notifications 6. The Prize(s) is a Japan Winter Season 2013/14 ski holiday package for two people to Niseko, Hirafu prefecture in Japan with a total prize value estimated at AU$10,000 (GST inclusive) as at 18 April 2013, and includes: • Two return Economy airfares from the nearest Australian Eastern capital City. Airline to be confirmed by Skijapan.com depending on travel dates. All airline and airport taxes from Australian Eastern Cities to Japan are included. Airfares include return transfers to Chitose Airport (Sapporo) in Japan. • 7 nights in a 4 star 1 bedroom twin share premium apartment located in the heart of Niseko, Hirafu Japan. • 2 x 6 days All Mountain Niseko United lift passes. • 2 x return Chitose-Hirafu bus transfers. • 2 x 6 Days optional rental hardware package of either snow ski (covering boots deluxe ski and pole rental) or snowboard (deluxe snowboard, bindings and boots package) rental. • 2 x 6 days AM Adult group lesson (ski or snowboard). The winning entry will be drawn at 10.00 am (AEDT) on Monday, 5 August 2013 at the Promoter’s Headquarters. The Promoter will notify the winner(s) in writing and by phone. The winner’s name will be published in The Australian on Friday, 9 August 2013. If the winner fails to claim and collect the prize by Sunday 15 September 2013 or the winner’s entry is deemed invalid by the Promoter, the winner is deemed to have forfeited and abandoned the prize. The Promoter will draw another winner at 10 am (AEDT) on Monday 16 September 2013 at the Promoter’s Headquarters. The Promoter will notify the alternate winner by phone and in writing within 2 days. The alternate winner’s name will be published in The Australian on Wednesday 18 September 2013. If still uncollected by Sunday 13 October 2013, any remaining prizes will be deemed forfeited and abandoned. If any prize is unavailable or otherwise unable to be supplied, the Promoter may substitute the prize with a prize of equal value, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
General Conditions 11. Prize(s) cannot be transferred, exhanged, or redeemed for cash. 12. The Promoter is entitled to verify the validity of entries and the indentity entrants/winner(s), and to disqualify any entrant/winner who submits an entry that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage is not a waiver of those rights. 13. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, death, loss and damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including but not limited to any liability arising from any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; any variation of the prize value; any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or redemption or use of a prize. 15. Conditions relating to the Prize and travel arrangements: 15.1. Accommodation includes a twin share apartment and travel is subject to availability through skijapan.com. This prize must be used in the winter season 2012/13.

15.2. Availability and booking constraints. The prize cannot be taken between the following dates: from 21 December 2013 to 3 January 2014 and from 31 January 2014 to 8 February 2014. Accommodation and airfares for the Winning Entry must be booked prior to 16 September 2013; while if a redraw is required, the bookings for the alternate winner must be made prior to 13 October 2013. 15.3. The winner and their companion are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), change of flight charges, excess baggage allowances, any trip cancellation or amendment fees and any in resort upgrades of equipment, accommodation and services, laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 15.4. The winner and travelling companion must travel at the same time, must depart from the same Eastern capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure (Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth). If the winner resides in Sydney NSW then no connecting internal Australian flight is included in the component of the prize but a $100 fuel voucher / $100 cab-charge voucher will be given towards getting to and from the airport. 15.5. It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s. If the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter is entitled to, the fullest extent permitted by law: disqualify any entrant; or subject to any direction from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties and if required, to the Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providign this information. By submitting an entry, entrants expressly consent to the Promoter using: 18.1. The entrant’s entry (either in part or in full), name, likeness, image and/or voice to be reproduced and/or published in any medium for an unlimited period without renumeration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter’s business, and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter; and 18.2. Their personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy www.rebelsport.com.au/eng/aboutus/privacyPolicy.cfm. The Promoter will endeavour to provide the entrant with an option to opt out of receipt of such communications every time the Promoter contacts the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
