The Zog Group consists of numerous property companies operating throughout UK and Europe. We specialise in both vacant and income producing Brownfield sites capable of mixed use regeneration for residential and commercial uses. The professional team behind Zog have been extremely successful in obtaining planning consents throughout the UK. The Zog Group are continuously looking to acquire further opportunities nationwide with no restrictions on lot size. Zog’s latest venture is a new Brownfield Fund in partnership with HBOS within excess of £100m for the acquisition of Brownfield sites in the UK.


Western Riverside Bath, Somerset Western Riverside is a 30 acre Brownfield regeneration site in the heart of historic Bath. A masterplan is currently being dealt with to include up to 2,500 new homes and major commercial and community uses. Phase 1 is a 15 acre section known as the Stotdard & Pitt Site. Sensitivity has been crucial throughout the preparation of the planning application – The Zog Group has consulted with special interest groups, residents and the council from the outset. When considering this project, it is important to remember that Bath is the only city in the UK to be classed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Hoddesdon Hertfordshire Approximately 60 acres of employment land. Planning achieved for 900,000 sq ft of B1/B2/B8 space, including a new road bridge over Railtracks main line to Stansted. The project involved close co-operation with the local authority and Railtrack.

Angel Way Retail Park Romford, Essex 2.5 acre site situated in heart of Romford bought as existing investment. Application being made for 400 residential units. 25,000 sq ft of retail, 12,000 sq ft of leisure and a 100 bed hotel with conference facilities.

New Street Retail Park Ashford, Kent Retail commercial park purchased as a commercial investment with future growth potential and for substantial mixed use development. Current scheme being prepared to provide 60 residential units and 20,000 sq ft of commercial.

Drummond Park Ludgershall, Wiltshire 33 acres of land with circa 300,000 sq ft of ex MOD buildings. Zog is currently preparing an application for a zero carbon eco village circa 500 homes.

Howardsgate Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire Local parade of shops with vacant offices above. Planning consent for change of use from offices to residential achieved and shops actively managed and retained.

Winfrith Dorchester, Dorset Winfrith Technology and Science Park is an office complex of 370,000 sq ft set in 125 acres with an adjoining landholding of a further 100 acres. Zog are currently pursuing a planning strategy and masterplan to create a high quality and sustainable mixed use development to be constructed to the highest energy efficiency and environmental standards.

Eltham Conservative Club London SE9 Local club set in 2.5 acres. Planning brief for mixed use scheme including high density residential, surgery, club, crèche and offices.

Watford College Campus Watford Investment set in 6 acres with land consented for residential new build post 2011. Application being prepared for a zero carbon development. Long term investment with a considerable uplift.
