PERSEQUOR

Classification: Adhonic Date Found: 21st of Fulloedeth 1849 Location Found: Ivivon Shorthold (Araktat Shallows) | Krydept 2nd level magic Persequor, alternatively referred to as the imitation charm, is used to turn an object that resembles some form of life or figure, and grant it animation, according to its appearance. Depending on the ability of the caster, and the familiarity with the spell, it is possible to give casted subjects thin personalities when adept. Novice casters however, will struggle to do more than give an object the ability to move. For this spell to succeed, the subject must resemble some form of life but it is very generous in this regard. For example, a portrait of a person, or a statue may both be animated, with the accuracy of the animation being reflecting the craftmanship of the subject. Persequor cannot be used to give generic objects movement etc. Creative usage is recommended. Persequor was invented in the classical eras for a multitude of reasonings, a notable usage was of King Tarlemonde, who used every suit of decorative armour within his castle as a rudimentary surveillance measure, to much success, and greater horror. Persequor has a 50 feat cast range

VINDICTACE Classification: Caustic Date Found: 3rd of Vranthi 1849 Location Found: Mavka Ruins Adam Sol 2nd Level Magic

Vindictace is a caustic combat spell also known as the retribution charm. Once cast, the caster selects a target, and a d20 is rolled. The target and the caster become linked, if the caster is killed within two turns of casting, the target will take cold damage equivalent to that of the d20 rolled. When cast at 3rd level, if the caster is not killed within two turns, they regain half (rounded down) of the d20 role back as health, or 6 hit points (Whichever one is higher). Vindictace can be dispelled by other spells, however, at the present moment, these spells are unkown to us. Vindictace was pioneered as a war spell by the grand presence Neith, who granted the power to her worshipers as a means to balance out the war in ancient times, that they had previously been losing. It is one of the few classical era spells that are still found active as a part of dormant traps within Solian ruins.
