If you prefer privacy and would like exclusive rights to the building on the day of your event, a Building Buyout is available for an additional $3,000 fee and the $30,000 food and beverage minimum. If you are inviting over 350 guests and plan for a sit-down dinner, SKY will automatically reserve the Wells and Coverly ballrooms for your event so guests may cocktail on one floor and dine and dance on another. There are numerous ways we can configure the space to create the perfect party experience for your guests. If your final guarantee falls below 300 people, you must meet a food and beverage minimum of $30,000, also, an additional room rental fee of $3,000 will be applied. WEDDING MENU OFFERINGS At SKY Armory, we offer the option of complete customization so that your wedding is truly tailored to you as a couple. From selecting your bar options and working with our culinary team on personalizing your menu to selecting design elements and floral arrangements, we let you choose what’s most important to you. Below are our packages and what's included in each. Once you've selected your package, you may select any entrée from that package or any of the less expensive packages. You may also select 1 entree from the package one level above yours for an additional $5.00/person. All entrées can be customized for seasonal, ethnic or regional flavors; all entrée sides and sauces can be customized. Pricing based on customization. If not specified in the description, all entrees are served with two fresh and seasonal sides.

COCKTAILS IN THE SKY Our approach to the bar is that of a restaurant where we offer a variety of different bottle and draft beers, wines, spirits and infused waters and soft drinks. Just like our food, we start with the freshest ingredients and make our own juices, purees, simple syrup, and infusions.
