Substation: Untitled

Page 1

Substation (2014) was a participatory project and site specific installation by Skye+Karin. A series of events, experiments and narratives were conducted in and around The Substation on Station Street, WITS University, Braamfontein. Part of the project was to use The Substation as a bunker in anticipation of a prophesized apocalyptic flood, that will come to wash/destroy the dry and unstable city of Johannesburg.
