CTE graduates are not sought after, and employers are do not pay a premium to attract them. Postgraduation wages do not differ from pre-graduation and tend to fall below the Salt Lake County median wage in the majority of programs.

CTE graduates are sought after in a few industries. Graduates’ wages are somewhat higher after completion, and in some programs, wage after graduation is about the median wage for Salt Lake County.
CTE graduates are highly sought after in most industries and employers are willing to pay a premium to attract them. Graduates’ wages are dramatically higher after completion, and significantly above the median wage for Salt Lake County.
