2.MERCHANDISEANDIDCARDS:-

SLEMSians have been without a valid form of identification in the last couple of consecutive executives terms, we cannot over emphasize the importance of valid ID cards, therefore, I am going to work with the rest of the executive board to ensure that we provide quality means of identification at an affordable price. I have already contacted printing companies for this project, and we can be assured to have them done within the first quarter of the executive term.

Merchandise production and sales has not been that successful over the last couple of years, with my team of class ambassadors and executive board we are going to re-evaluate the existing production, purchase and direct selling scheme. This can be achieved by:-

Evaluation of current stock and prizing.

Class-to-class visitation to evaluate the needs of members.

A call for order will be made at the start of the executive term to prevent overproduction.

3.COMAHSTALENTFESTIVAL

Since the inception of MEDFEST more than five years ago, successive organizing committees have struggled to pull off the event; there have been numerous challenges that serve as a major hindrance to its success. The lack of partnership between internal organizations has been one major factor. The following will be key in enhancing a bigger and successful outcome:-

Inter-faculty Talent Explosion Competition (Dancing, Fashion, Rap Music, Miming, etc)

Having representatives from all faculties to be part of the organizing committee.

The involvement of the administration as the primary sponsor for the event.

Collaboration with previous sponsors.
