SEASONAL RECIPE
Winter Veggies 1 butternut squash
1 ts sun flower grains
2 red onions
2 ts white wine vinegar
4 parsnip
1 ts Dijon mustard
3 ts olive oil
300 gr young spinach
1-2 ts liquid honey 1 small ciabatta
Large roasting pan
Pre heat the oven to 220 ยบC . Peel the squash, onion and parsnip. Cut into small parts and mix in the roasting pan with half of the olive oil, some salt and pepper. Bae the veggies 20 minutes in the oven and turn over a few times. Get the pan out of the oven. Drip the honey over the veggies and tear the ciabatta over it in to small parts. Mix everything again together with the sun flower grains and put the pan back in the over for another 5 minutes. In the meantime prepare a dressing from the vinegar, mustard and olive oil. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the spinach, the hot veggies with ciabatta with the dressing. Serve immediately.

This very useful garden kitchen piece of furniture comes in two sizes. The BBQ Butler BIG has a nice storage space, a practical garbage bag holder, a size table for your sauces and a kitchen paper and a cling foil holder. At the back you can attach your parasol pole. The BBQ Butler BUCK is a smaller version but with a real BBQ in the shape of a bucket. Very useful in smaller gardens or even on balconies.
