Event Cinemas Pacific Fair hosted the Australian Premiere of “Elvis”, featuring A-List Hollywood stars, including Austin Butler (Elvis), Tom Hanks, Olivia DeJonge and Director Baz Luhrmann.

Along with many of the cast, Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk along with the Gold Coast’s social set strode the red carpet and enjoyed a dazzling pre-film show filled with rhinestones, performers and pageantry the Elvis himself would have been proud of.
Tom Hanks, the Oscar-winning actor who plays Elvis' manager Colonel Tom Parker in the biopic, told media and guests how thrilled he was to be back on the GC and what an incredible experience it was to film the movie here.

Following a two-year hiatus, South Coast Radiology warmly welcomed guests to their 2022 Annual Referrer Race Day at Aquis Park Gold Coast Turf Club. Held in the exclusive Emporium Lounge and Terrace venue, those in attendance dressed in their finest for a day full of racing, fun and fashion. Renowned MC Mark Forbes kept the crowd entertained between races and guests enjoyed unobstructed views of the track and winning post on what turned out to be a beautiful sun-filled day.

Melina Muenstermann invited VIP’s and guest to the opening of her new venture Photobox. Mel’s parents flew in from Germany to surprise her for the opening. It certainly was the Festival of Katy, an absolute wonder women and powerhouse. A selected group of Katy’s friends helped celebrate her special Birthday at the beautiful Omeros Brothers Seafood Restaurant at Marina Mirage. Fantasy was the theme for this year's Celebration of Motherhood 2022 at Somerset College. The College was transformed for the night for the 220 amazing women who attended an evening of fun, food and drinks with Moet & live music on arrival followed by a Buffet Dinner, Gin Bar and powerful speakers, generous raffles & prizes and lots of dancing. Great Debate 2022
The Women of Influence Annual Great Debate 2022 focused on money, power and influence. One of the most informative breakfasts of the year, the Great Debate had guests laughing, learning and joining in the discussion. This year the debate featured a spirited team of women and men battling it out to entertain and enlighten, as both teams using their wit and wisdom to interpret the topic “Financial power is the greatest form of influence”. With the Federal Election just weeks away, there was a lot to ponder and guests certainly enjoyed the cut and thrust, all in good humour, of the various opinions. More at womenofinfluence.org.au

GCWW ladies gathered for the highlyanticipated Lunch at Fish Emporium, Via Roma. With sensational waterviews, margaritas on arrival, fine food and fab company, the event raised $4,000 for the Gold Coast Community Fund. Guests were spoilt with raffle prizes, a new season fashion parade by Liz Clift International and an epic goodie bag of products, products and more product. A sketch by Kaili Saba was given to every guest. What a day it was.
