“ELVIS” AUSTRALIAN PREMIERE Event Cinemas Pacific Fair hosted the Australian Premiere of “Elvis”, featuring A-List Hollywood stars, including Austin Butler (Elvis), Tom Hanks, Olivia DeJonge and Director Baz Luhrmann. Along with many of the cast, Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk along with the Gold Coast’s social set strode the red carpet and enjoyed a dazzling pre-film show filled with rhinestones, performers and pageantry the Elvis himself would have been proud of.

Tom Hanks, the Oscar-winning actor who plays Elvis' manager Colonel Tom Parker in the biopic, told media and guests how thrilled he was to be back on the GC and what an incredible experience it was to film the movie here. Pandora Bonsor and Lincoln Lewis
