Foreword from Dr. Kenneth Copeland There are two main points I would like to make about Dr. Francene Hash’s new book, Building God’s House. First of all, her first-hand accounts of her mother and dad, Bishop and Mrs. R. K. Hash, are thrilling and inspiring to all of us who have ever lived the life of faith and service to the Lord Jesus. I only wish Dr. Francene had written more about them, but then the book would have been a foot thick and still wouldn’t be enough about such people of holiness, faith, love, and courage. Secondly, this book touches on something that needs to be said over and over to people in ministry. Whether one is building a church, TV ministry, Christian school, or all of the above, the legal structure and diligence to excellence of ministry is second only to the study of the Word and prayers. I’ve noticed over the almost 40 years I’ve been in the ministry that the biggest part of what was called persecution by the IRS or other forms of government would have been totally avoided had the ministry’s house been in order. Jesus’ ministry was and is a ministry of excellence. Excellence on every level, not only in our living holy lives, but also in conducting our business lives on just as straightforward a holy level of excellence as our spiritual lives. This includes our own personal lives as well. All one has to do is visit St. Peter’s World Outreach Center in Winston-Salem, NC and see for yourself. I know from first-hand experience the high level of integrity that Bishop R. K., and then later his son Dr. J. C. Hash, have established in this marvelous church outreach. I’ve preached there. I knew Bishop Hash and I know and love Mother Hash with all of my heart. I know their hearts. Bishop Hash was like a father and Mother Hash is still like a mother to me. They instilled a level of excellence and boldness for what’s right in their own children and their spiritual children as well. J. C. and Joyce have carried on with Bishop’s foundation. As you can tell by reading this book, Francene is a strong branch of the same tree. Pick up on the spirit of what Dr. Francene has shared with us here. There’s more to it than just one person’s ideas about church growth. She is writing from a long and strong heritage of faith and success in the midst of some seemingly impossible situations, I might add. 5

I really meant it when I said, “Go see for yourself.” Read the book. Go visit St. Peter’s World Outreach Center. You’ll be glad you did. When you get there, tell them Kenneth and Gloria send all their love. JESUS IS LORD, Kenneth Copeland

INTRODUCTION About Dr. Francene … Dr. Francene is tops in her field. Coming from four generations of preachers, she has been active in Church Administration most of her adult life. She is one of twelve children of the world renowned preachers and teachers, the late Bishop Reuben K. Hash and Mother Mildred T. Hash, who nurtured, molded, and developed all of their children to be steadfast and grounded in the work of the Lord. By traveling with her parents to church conferences, revivals, and crusades, Dr. Hash sang at revivals and learned how to do mostly anything that needed to be done in the church. During a period of fourteen months, her mother was in a hospital over 300 miles from the small town that they lived in recovering from a severe illness. During those traumatic years, Bishop Hash took Francene to every local Ministerial meeting and other social function with him. Most of the time, she was the only child present, but she didn’t mind because with her mom being so far away, her daddy was her security. Thus, all of these experiences prepared her for the call of God in Church Administration that later came in her life. In 1989, Dr. Hash became the Church Administrator of St. Peter’s World Outreach Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina which has grown to be a large Body of Believers of over 3,500 members. It is a multifaceted, multiethnic ministry established solidly on the Word of God and prayer. Under the leadership of Dr. James C. and Mrs. Joyce Hash, Dr. Hash had the responsibility of overseeing, through a delegatory structure, all ministry operations of the church. Dr. Hash received her education from Radford University in Radford, Virginia. In 2003, she was awarded an honorary doctorate degree from New Life Theological Seminary in Orangeburg, SC. She also received a Certificate of Completion of “Don’t Talk – Speak Premier Public Speaking Seminar” and continued to receive certification as a Certified Practitioner of Triune’s Credential Coaching by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and in 2017, she became a Certified Neuro Linguistic Practitioner by Triune’s Credential Coaching (ICF).

Although she is known throughout the country to be an administrative guru, she is most proud to be the mother of Sean and Tameeka, and grandmother to Garic and Jade. They are the greatest gifts of all.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS 8

Two of the greatest gifts God has ever given to mankind are family and friends. These books were made possible because God put so many wonderful, true family members and friends in my life. Thanks to my children, Sean and Tameeka, who have allowed their mom to divide up their time to serve so many others; and yet grew up to be such a fine young man and woman. I am so proud of what God has made out of you, Tameeka. Thanks for two beautiful grandchildren, Garic and Jade. Sean, your demonstration of honesty and integrity also makes me proud. Honor to my dad, the late Bishop Reuben K. Hash, Sr. who made me know that I was his princess and filled me with values that have carried me throughout my life. Love to my two moms, my late sister Delilah, and Mother Hash. Through thick and thin, you both have always been there for me, praying for me and encouraging me to go on. To Doris Perrin, Henry and Tammy Watson, Hatti Taylor, Annette Scippio, Chandra Stewart; my girls, Vanessa and Nikita – you NEVER!!! stop supporting me. Over and over you are always ready to unselfishly give me your expertise and skills to make me look good. The words “Thank you” could never begin to express how deeply appreciative I am to you for your love. Eugene and Deborah Hash, Dr. Ronald and Lotis Hash, Pastor J. C. and Lady Joyce, Bishops Charles, Ronald, Leonard, and Reuben, thank you for praying for me and encouraging me to develop the work that God created on the inside of me for the entire Body of Christ.

AND MOST OF ALL … Thank You Heavenly Father, for Your goodness and mercy to me. I will always lift my voice to Thee and magnify Your Holy name.

NOW, THE REAL STORY 9

I’ve always been told that when something nags at you and you can’t get it off of your mind; then it becomes your mission to do something about it. After growing up living in the home of the late world renowned Bishop R.K. and Mother Mildred T. Hash, I watched so many wonderful people give their entire life serving, paying tithes and offerings, and making extreme sacrifices of time and resources year after year. I watched struggling pastors try to lead and grow their churches to end up poor, sick, and with only 50 members after 30 or more years of leadership. Hence there came a time when I became strongly troubled by the devastating poverty, divorces, and illnesses that a very high percentage of those wonderful people suffered. So I stepped away for a while to find my truth and as I traveled from state to state and visited some other countries, I found the same situations; wonderful people who are some of the poorest people there are and a small church on every corner practically in every city. Their shouting, thunderous preaching, and testimonies of how good God is to them is a mockery of the reality of God. Thus, many millennials are turning away from the organized church, because they don’t see that it has benefitted their parents. The discovery of my truth was that no matter where you go, or what happens to you on this earth, God is still present. When He said, “It is finished”, it meant that life and death, riches and poverty are all acquired according to how tenacious we are in acquiring knowledge and positioning ourselves for successes. Hence, from the knowledge that I gained as being a Church Administrator of one of the largest churches in the state of North Carolina, I began my journey to write selfhelp books not only to help pastors and church leaders for success; but more so to help the people sitting in the pews of any local church to take matters in their own hands and learn how to take the gifts that The Creator placed on the inside of them and to use them for their good. When you take the time to read any of my books, you will read life experiences, real stories of defeat as well as of victories. You will be shown step-by-step how to move from space to space, defeat to victory, sadness to joy, and thus live a bountiful life while on earth. Now, this is the real story. Let’s start the journey!

10

Section One Ministry Romans 12:3-8 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. 4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: 5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. 6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; 7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; 8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness. 3

DEVELOPING OUR INNER SPIRIT 11

God is a spirit and when we take on His name to follow Christ, we then must train our inner spirit how to commune with Him. II Chronicles 7: 14-18 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place. 16 For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually. 17 And as for thee, if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, and do according to all that I have commanded thee, and shalt observe my statutes and my judgments; 18 Then will I stablish the throne of thy kingdom, according as I have covenanted with David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man to be ruler in Israel. 14

Matthew 16:13-19 When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? 14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. 15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 13

John 16:13: Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. 13

12

John 10:1-9: Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. 2 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. 4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. 5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. 6 This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them. 7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. 1

My sheep know my voice and a stranger’s voice they will not follow.

13

MINISTRY OR POSITION THIS IS GOD’S WORK. THIS IS GOD’S WORK. God is a God that always multiplies and adds. He does not divide or subtract. I’ve seen church leaders get angry and argue with the pastor and start little cliques in the church because God told the pastor to remove a leader from one position and to place them in another one. This type of attitude is experienced when the individual looks upon his work in the ministry as a position rather than as a ministry as unto God. They get caught up in ego and desire praise for what they are doing rather than for what God is doing through them; for without God, we are nothing. How do you change this attitude among church leaders and workers? Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. (Spiritual knowledge). Every time you allow your mouth to say something negative about your leaders, you’ve opened up the door for spiritual attack and you gradually die a spiritual death. Psalm 105:15 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm. Ephesians 6:5-9 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; 6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; 7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men: 8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free. 5

14

9

And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.

“The attitude of a servant is knowing that whatever good anyone does, he does it as unto God, and not himself.” The supernatural with the natural is a powerful force. The proper attitude must begin with the pastor and spread down to his/her key leaders and then down to the other members of the body. In order to motivate your people to do the work of the ministry, give them knowledge to change their attitude about the work. God’s word sets order and understanding. Romans 12:1,2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

1

How? – “By the renewing of your minds. Attitude

GIFTS IN THE CHURCH God requires us to do the work; therefore, He places gifts in the church. “All gifts come from God”. 1

I Corinthians 12:1-27 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. 2 Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led. 15

Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. 4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. 7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. 12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. 13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 14 For the body is not one member, but many. 15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? 16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? 17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling? 18 But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him. 19 And if they were all one member, where were the body? 20 But now are they many members, yet but one body. 21 And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. 22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary: 23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness. 3

16

For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked. 25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. 26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it. 27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. 28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. 24

I Corinthians 12:28 – The ministry of helps and administration are equally as important as the other gifts or they would not have all been written in the same sentence. The gift of diligently cleaning the church merits the same reward as the prophets and teachers; for God is a rewarder to them that diligently seek Him. Ephesians 4:11 – God places gifts in the church 1. for the equipping (teaching) of the saints for the work of the ministry 2. for the edifying of the Body of Christ 3. till we all come to the unity of the faith 4. that we should no longer be children tossed to and fro 5. that we can all speak the truth in love 6. that we may grow up in all things into Him Who is the head – Christ 7. from whom the whole body jointly knitted together by what every joint supplies Leaders must know that they know that they have heard from God in making decisions about His work. (God’s work) or the decisions will not bear long lasting eternal fruit. Luke 6:46-49 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? 47 Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: 48 He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. 46

17

But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great. 49

According to Matthew 16:13-19 – Flesh and blood cannot reveal spiritual things to you, only our Father in heaven can. Every facet of your ministry must be built on the Word of God and prayer.

GIFTS IN THE CHURCH You must establish a well structured prayer and Bible study ministry within your church to develop the spiritual minds of the members. God will do the changing through much prayer and fasting. He will break up stony hearts and attitudes. When planning your prayer service times, keep in mind the different work schedules of the members. Plan daytime and night time prayer services to accommodate everyone. The next pages enable you to access your prayer and Bible study ministries and to strategize means to improve.

BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION 18

Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it. Psalm 127:1

THE HEAD OF THE HOUSEHOLD INSIDE THE HOUSE THE FOUNDATION

Men can build large cathedrals and have the best equipment and materials money can buy using their intellect; however, God is far from it many times. Their deeds are good, but they aren’t eternal.

Section Two Your Church Prayer Guide 1

Luke 11:1 And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.

20

YOUR CHURCH PRAYER GUIDE I Corinthians 1:10 Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. Your church prayer guide should encompass every component of your vision. It should be broad to not only cover the internal church leadership, but should also cover every level of leadership; our government, missions, other pastors, evangelists, and the world. Once this has been established, print it and distribute it to every member of your church. Having a prayer agenda produces harmony and unity when every member is praying the same prayer. This becomes the guide and agenda for each prayer service. The Prayer Ministry leader can be creative in developing different ways to use the agenda periodically so as not to get in a complacent routine.

Keep the children’s and youth prayer times brief (10 – 15 minutes). Remember, they are not adults. Their attention span is not as long. Keep in mind that their prayer times can be during their regular times of fellowship or services, so as not to overtax them. Teenagers have busy after-school schedules and jobs and most can only come when their parents bring them; therefore, you should consider having their prayer times on the same nights as their parents. 24

PRAYER, PRAISE AND FASTING TEAMS This plan encompasses every member of the church. Every name on the membership roll is prayed for and/or is praying on a daily basis. Divide your membership roll into 12 teams according to the letters of the alphabet A– Z. Then assign a leader over each team who can answer questions scripturally and stand in prayer agreement with the members.

Again, there must be a structured system that meets the needs of everyone in your membership. You have sheep on many different levels. They work different shifts. They come from different cultures, speak different languages and even may be deaf or handicapped in wheel chairs. Therefore, your Bible Study classes must accommodate everyone. Let’s take a look at your present Bible Study schedule and see how it can be improved.

Proverbs 11:14: Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.

SCHOOL OF MINISTRY Another way to change attitudes or to produce positive attitudes is to establish new members foundation classes. Baby sheep (new converts) are just what they are, baby sheep. Many times, leaders are so excited to get new members with vast intellectual skills to do much of the work that is needed in the ministry that they forget that baby sheep lack spiritual knowledge to do God’s work. They are tossed out in the front of the battle line before they are ready and they get devoured. Leaders are responsible for these baby sheep and their blood is on their hands. It would be well worth the wait for you to teach new converts who they are in Christ, the authority they have in the name of Jesus, about spiritual warfare and so on (for about three months) before you allow them to become active in the Ministry of Helps. It would be even more worth the wait of one year to teach those that you have in mind to become leaders, because satan launches a greater attack on leaders than he does on anyone else. Leaders MUST know their weapons and have a developed inward witness to hear from God before they can successfully lead others. Man’s natural talent can be ever so good, but it is the anointing that breaks the yoke of bondage and sets the captive free. Every person that comes into your ministry is a potential leader and should be trained. Each of these classes is a twelve session course.

MEMBERSHIP FOUNDATION CLASS ATTENDANCE SHEET

MINISTRY OF HELPS ATTENDANCE SHEET

LEADERSHIP CLASS ATTENDANCE SHEET

Allow them to join an auxiliary for training during this period.

They become an active auxiliary member during this period.

*All leaders must complete this series of classes

The following pages display sample attendance sheets that can be placed in a notebook for the students to maintain each week or the series can be taught on one or two weekends. 31

Because these classes are prerequisites for auxiliary membership, you may need to offer them twice a week in order to meet the demands of people’s different work schedules. The classes are rotating classes; therefore, a student could start on class #10 for example and then go through classes #11 – #9 for completion. To heighten the importance of the School of Ministry Classes, list the topics for the week in your Sunday bulletin. This too will help the members know when a topic is being taught that they may have missed. The topics listed are subjects that every Christian should be taught. Your teachers can develop a curriculum around the topics using books, video, and other teaching tools. When every new member is required to complete the School of Ministry Classes, you develop a group of believers unified and speaking the same thing. When the new members are released to work in the auxiliaries, they then release the spirit of your ministry and not the many different spirits from all the previous churches in which they belonged to.

GRADUATION Turn one of your Sunday services into a graduation ceremony for all School of Ministry students on a quarterly basis. Award them with a framed certificate and a lapel pin or some other gift from the Ministry upon completion of each course. Certificates are vitally necessary. Please do not take them lightly. Teach them how to give their gifts and talents back to God.

Section Five How to Find the Gifts 47

Acts 2:47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

1 Corinthians 12:27-28 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. 28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. 27

37

HOW TO FIND THE GIFTS All the gifts are in God’s house. You must remember that God’s house expands all over the earth. He knows exactly what you need to make your vision become a reality, so don’t get caught up in seeing only the people you have in front of you. Everything you need is already manifested in the Spirit. When visions are from God, through your tenacious loyalty to prayer, you can call God to remembrance of His Word, He is obligated to send laborers in your mist to fulfill the assignment He placed in your heart. Listed below are some of the skills and expertise you will need in accomplishing your vision for growth:  Human Resources

 Publishers

 Contractors

 Meeting Facilitators & Planners

 Computer Programmers

 Transportation

 CPA/Financial Managers

 Maintenance

 Legal Advisors

 Chefs

 Needs Assessments

 Landscapers

 Marketing/Crusade Planners

 Artists

 Recording Engineers

 Seamstresses

 Travel Agents

 Photographers

The next two pages give an example of a survey that may be used as a tool to determine what gifts you actually have in your church. It could be incorporated as part of your new members kit or you could have it filled out by each family when you do a church directory. Once it is completed, this information can be keyed into the computer, thus giving you a pool of resources to pull from for every manner of work.

38

SPIRITUAL INVENTORIES Another tool that can be used is a Spiritual Inventory Module such as that of Church Growth Coalition.

Hey! What’s all the fussing about? Yes, we are ALL different, but we are all still special in God’s eyes. Especially me…

ABOUT THE BUILDING GOD’S HOUSE WORKBOOK SERIES This workbook is one of a series of five books that explains the administration of the vision. They are tools to help leaders organize and structure their ministry for growth and success according to biblical principles step by step. Workbook 1 Workbook 2 Workbook 3 Workbook 4 Workbook 5

. . . . . . Visions from God . . . . . . Ministry or Position? The Gifts Are in the House . . . . . . Infrastructure (Organization and Structure of the Gifts) . . . . . . Training (Accountability and Evaluation) . . . . . . Administration (Order, Growth Control and Policies)

A BRIEF SYNOPSIS OF EACH BOOK Workbook Volume One – Visions From God God gives leaders a vision; however, if a leader does not establish the vision using the tools and principles established in His Word, the vision will tarry. Workbook Volume Two – Ministry or Position? The Gifts Are In the House When God gives you a vision, He will equip you with the necessary people to accomplish the vision. Learn how to stir up the gifts that are created on the inside of every believer for the work of the Ministry. Workbook Volume Three – Infrastructure (Organization and Structure of the Gifts) In Exodus 18, Jethro instructed Moses to choose some able men to help him oversee the children of Israel. Likewise, Pastors must select them over the various departments to train and develop the gifts in the people under them. With small ministries, you may not desire to be this structured; however, with a large ministry of 300 or more workers, you will need to establish a Ministry of Helps Personnel Office. Workbook Volume Four – Training (Accountability and Evaluation) 51

Invest in your people and your people will invest in your ministry. This book demonstrates the process of reproduction of the gifts to keep up with the growth of the church in serving the needs of the people. Workbook Volume Five – Administration (Order, Growth Control, and Policies) In order for everyone in the church to speak the same thing and stay connected to the vision, written policies and procedures to govern the entire operation of the ministry must be established.

I believe the information presented in these workbooks is a blessing to any organization: for God’s Word will not return void. When the need arises for another seminar or workshop, please contact us.
