Our summer worship schedule started last Sunday, and today we begin Sunday School at 10:00 with Faith and Literature in the Saint Michael Chapel and Family Summer Sunday School in the Coke Activities Room. If you’re traveling, take Saint Michael with you. The 11:11 Celebration service will be streamed live every week at www.saintmichael.org/live. Thank you for worshiping with us today. The Faith and Literature books being reviewed are available in the Saint Michael Book Shop. dioceSe hoSting evangeliSM conFerence next Saturday. “Sharing our Faith: Evangelism for Everyday” is the subject of a conference sponsored by the Diocese of Dallas next Saturday, June 11. It will be led by Grant Skeldon of The Initiative Network and Canon J. John, advisor to the Archbishop of Canterbury on Evangelism. The conference will be from 9:00 to 12-Noon at Church of the Incarnation. Register online at www.edod.org. Grief Book at Reception next Sunday. Faith & Grief Ministries is hosting a meet the authors reception next Sunday, June 12, at 4:30 in the Coke Activities Room. Heather Wallace and Stuart Rubio will share portions of their book, Faith, Grief, and Pass the Chocolate Pudding along with refreshments and chocolates. Books will be available for sale or online at www.passthechocolatepudding.com.

Cursillo Weekend Coming Up Next Weekend. A Cursillo weekend can take your faith to the next level and change your life. It can begin for you June 9 – 12 at the Star Brand Ranch near Kaufman. Vacation Bible School to Help Children with Cancer Support Their Efforts This year’s Vacation Bible School at Saint Michael will reach out to children in our community suffering from cancer. Organized in memory of 7 year old parishioner Michael Malone, the 300 VBS kids are asked to bring a toy for the children undergoing treatment at Children’s Health Hospital in Dallas. You can give, too! Beginning next Sunday, June 12, a toy-donation box will be outside the Saint Michael Chapel to accept gifts from parishioners, as well as the Vacation Bible School kids. On Friday afternoon, June 17, the toys will be delivered to Children’s Health Dallas for its prize closet. After treatment the children patients are rewarded with a trip to the prize closet.
