EXHIBITOR INFORMATION & AGREEMENT $1,500 – REGISTRATION FEE
REGISTRATION
All people in an exhibit booth must be registered. Exhibitor registration includes one conference registration, including all & receptions (One attendee is included in exhibitor registration fee). meals and one ticket to the Thursday night event. To register additional exhibitor staff, register them online for the discounted TWO TABLES – $100 OFF the price of the second table rate of $400 each. Commercial material may be displayed only by registered exhibitors within the limits of their contracted booth space or by official conference presenters during their presentations.

EXHIBIT SPACE
One table-top exhibit space with 6’ skirted table, two chairs and one wastebasket. Electricity packages and Wi-Fi services will need to be arranged directly with the hotel and further forms will be provided with the exhibit confirmation. Electricity packages and additional Wi-Fi service will need to be arranged directly with El Conquistador Tucson.
TABLE TOP ASSIGNMENTS
Payment required prior to conference. Booth location assignment will be done on a registration/payment date basis. No space is either confirmed or held without payment.

INSURANCE
The exhibitor understands that neither the Mountain Pacific Association of Colleges and Employers nor the host venue maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Security is not provided in the Exhibit Hall.
EXHIBITOR SPONSORED EVENTS
The exhibitor agrees not to hold any sponsored events where conference attendees would be invited during an MPACE scheduled event. Contact the MPACE office at 916.231.2140 for scheduling information.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing prior to October 1 will receive fifty percent (50%) of their registration fees refunded. After October 1 there are no refunds for cancellation.
SHIPPING COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
Shipping, receiving, set up and tear down, as well as return shipping of any company materials, is the responsibility of each Exhibitor. Shipping & Handling information will be provided to you.

LOGO SPECIFICATIONS
You must send your logo in EPS or AI vector format. If you do not have an EPS version of your logo, please ensure what you send is a high-resolution transparent PNG or PDF. Logos pulled from websites are not suitable for MPACE printing.
